Processing Time:

All orders are processed and shipped within an average of 21 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volumes, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days for delivery. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times:

The shipping cost for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, with faster delivery options available.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

Wonderland is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (customs duties, import taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages:

Wonderland is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return Policy

We strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase at Wonderland Arc. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility:

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your product.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email address]. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  • Please note that a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery

  • Items that are returned without prior authorization
